Sander worked for Royal Philips and NXP since the early 2000’s. He ran all marketing for NXP during the time the division was separated from Philips. He also drove all marketing for NXP's IPO in 2010. In 2010, Sander moved to San Jose, CA right in the heart of Silicon Valley. Over the past 15 years, he has worked with a variety of European, Asian, and American based technology companies including Atmel, Marvell, SiFive, Arduino, Syntiant, Groq, Enfabrica, Delft Circuits, PhotonDelta, Supplyframe, DuPont, and others. He is an investor in start-ups. Sander gets hired as consultant through his company Orange Tulip Consultancy and serves global customers from his office in Silicon Valley creating value. He is a dedicated dad and his son Benjamin Arts is a start-up founder for a company called Mr Turtle.
