Nancy is an experienced business and people leader with over 25 years of leadership experience across commercial, operational and human resources roles. She combines a strong business mindset with a passion for building high-performing organisations, developing leadership capabilities and shaping cultures that enable people and businesses to thrive. As VP People at Axelera® AI, she focuses on strengthening the global people strategy, supporting organisational growth and building the foundations for a scalable, high-performing organisation.
Before joining Axelera AI, Nancy served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Knab, where she led the people agenda through a period of significant growth, transformation and international integration. Her career also includes senior HR leadership positions at PCI and VodafoneZiggo, as well as earlier commercial and general management roles with full P&L responsibility. Throughout her career, she has led organisational transformations, post-merger integrations, culture and leadership development, talent strategies and organisational design in complex, technology-driven and regulated environments.
Nancy holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences, specialising in Implementation and Change Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Small Business Management.
