How It Works

This challenge is not just about ideas—it is about execution. We are looking for bold, practical thinkers ready to turn vision AI into real-world action. If selected, you will receive the tools you need to build your project, share your journey with the community, and compete for recognition and rewards.

 

Submit Your Pitch

Tell us what you want to build. What will it detect? What action will it take? Why is it useful? Be creative—but be realistic. You will build this if you’re selected.

You have until 1st June 2025 to get your application in.

Projects will be judged on creativity, feasibility, and impact.

Get Your AI Project Kit

Selected participants receive a complete kit, including the Metis AI accelerator, cameras, and action-triggering hardware like relays and smart speakers.

Build, Share, and Document

Over the next month, share weekly progress updates in the Axelera AI Community. Show us your build process.

Submit Your Final Project

Wrap it up with a demo video, code repository, and write-up.

Pitch Your Vision AI Project

 

We are looking for bold ideas that turn AI vision into real-world action. Your pitch should be creative, but also realistic—projects that are simple, clear, and buildable in 4–5 weeks are more likely to be selected than ambitious moonshots that may not get finished.

You do not need to be a professional inventor to join. Students, hobbyists, engineers, and first-time builders are all welcome. Just show us that you can plan and complete a project—whether that is a smart mailbox, an interactive art installation, or an IoT coffee machine. A quick write-up, photo, or sketch helps.

If you are under 18, no problem—just let us know. We may need a bit of extra paperwork, but it will not affect your chances.
